Think of Thingful as a public search engine that can be used to look for aspects of the IoT that are out in the public.

Tech solutions company PTC acquires IoT startup ThingWorx

In one of the biggest acquisitions in the world of the Internet of Things in recent times, tech solutions provider PTC has acquired ThingWorx, creators of an award-winning platform for building and running applications for the Internet of Things (IoT), for approximately $112 million, plus a possible earn-out of up to $18 million.
