According to a latest FICCI-Colliers Report on Emerging Trends in Real Estate – Technology and New Asset Classes, the real estate sector has evolved over the last decade with constant change in the business environment bringing new disruptions. Data that produces intelligence, can go a long way to drive the industry forward. Also, facility management (FM) industry is also not exceptional in that case.
