Panasonic Partners With Jasmy

Panasonic has partnered with Jasmy to launch a Web3 platform for connecting personal data on the Internet of Things.

This platform, based on Jasmy’s Personal Data Locker product, will offer secure data storage and user control over access. It aims to improve processing and reaction times, incorporating agile development methods and emphasizing speed. Jasmy, founded by former Sony executives, operates a decentralized network for data storage and uses its own cryptocurrency, JASMY, as a reward for data usage.

Jasmy’s Personal Data Locker utilizes blockchain for managing hash values and a decentralized network for storing data, with the company also launching a DePIN project called Janction.

The company recently announced a DePIN project and saw a significant increase in trading activity following the news.
