A new product by the Cambridge-based company Neul called the NeulNET Connected Device Platform operates in licensed and unlicensed spectrum, and according to the company, will work across a variety of frequencies from global unlicensed metering bands (169MHz or lower) up to, and including sub GHz cellular bands.
