At the 6th annual Customer Interaction Malaysia Summit held in Kuala Lumpur by global consulting firm Frost & Sullivan today, experts from across industry discussed, among other things, how businesses could improve customer experience, the impact of Big Data, the benefits of Interaction Process Automation (IPA), and the implications of the Internet of Things (IoT) on customer interface.

British PM gives Internet of Things a £ 45 mln push

British Prime Minister David Cameron has announced that his government would make available £45 million in funding for research on the emerging field of the Internet of Things (IoT), as well as a £1 million European grant fund to support startups working in the space.

Tech M, Texas Instruments set up lab for Internet of Things

Specialist provider of connected solutions, Indian company Tech Mahindra Ltd., today inaugurated the Texas Instruments Lab in Bengaluru, India. This lab will allow Tech Mahindra to launch innovative solutions based on the concept of Internet of Things (IoT) in industrial, medical and automotive sectors.
