Vodafone Idea’s enterprise arm, Vi Business, has launched the ‘Vi Business IoT Smart Central’, a self-care IoT connectivity and device management platform.
This platform allows enterprises to remotely control, monitor, and manage IoT assets in real-time across various industries. It offers features such as real-time diagnosis, remote troubleshooting, dynamic billing, and tailored rate plans based on usage patterns. The platform also includes predictive maintenance features to reduce operational downtime.
Vi Business serves over 4,000 IoT customers and has a leadership position in various IoT segments such as Vehicle Tracking System, Connected Cars, Point of Sale, and Advance Metering Infrastructure. The platform has already been tested and adopted by leading enterprises, including electric two-wheeler firm Revolt Motors.
