Skyworks Solutions, Inc., an innovator of high performance analog semiconductors connecting people, places and things, has launched a suite of innovative analog control ICs for a variety of Internet of Things (IoT) applications including the connected home and smart lighting.
It said in a press note that the fully integrated switch solutions operate at elevated temperatures, making them ideally suited for embedded smart energy and lighting applications where small form factors are required and ambient temperatures can reach up to 105 degrees Celsius.
For over 25 years, Skyworks has invested in the research and development of advanced switching technologies, as well as the underlying wafer fabrication process and operations, customized packaging and test facilities. At the beginning of 2015, Skyworks had more than 165 switching solutions in volume production.
