Sensera Systems unveils multiSense camera

Colorado, July 9, 2014: US-based startup in the field of Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communications, Sensera Systems, born yesterday, also simultaneously announced the launch of its WiFi range of still and video imaging products.

sensaracameraThe MC-30 MultiSensetm Camera and Cloud Service products, it claimed, was the first to combine cellular and WiFi, high resolution still and video imaging, data logging and control, 802.15.4 wireless sensor interface, and built-in solar power into  one low-cost device. Also launched was the MultiSensetm Cloud Service that provides a complete hardware plus software solution for a wide range of applications in construction, security, industrial automation, agriculture, and law enforcement.

“Traditional M2M applications have focused on lower bandwidth IO and control applications. By integrating imaging and IO into a single platform, we have taken advantage of today’s more capable cellular and computing infrastructures to deliver advanced remote sensing applications at a fraction of the cost of existing solutions.” said David Gaw, President of Sensera Systems. “By designing the system with integrated solar and wireless, Sensera Systems has reduced costs and achieved extreme ease of use, eliminating significant barriers to adoption of M2M and remote sensing applications.”

The MultiSensetm Cloud Service WebApp provides a 100 per cent Web-based graphical interface for viewing data and controlling cameras and I/O from any desktop or mobile platform with no programming and no software to install. The MultiSensetm Cloud Service is highly scalable, secure, and supports software updates over the air.

The MC-30 has achieved breakthrough cost points for a system with these capabilities, allowing site surveillance cameras and sensing systems to be deployed on projects of any size and into a much broader range of applications.

Sensera Systems is into the designing, manufacturing and marketing “innovative” products and solutions for remote sensing and imaging applications in a variety of markets.
