Windows 11 IoT Enterprise edition was announced alongside Windows 11.
The Long-Term Support Channel (LTSC) of Windows 11 IoT Enterprise does not have the same features as Windows 10 IoT Enterprise’s. There will be a 36-month servicing timeline from the month of release for Windows 11 IoT Enterprise. One highlight is the support for Windows Subsystem for Linux GUI (WSLg). By using Windows for IoT, users can access Linux-based GUI programs. Until now, WSL has been able to run command-line tools, utilities, and applications.
