Study shows Indian logistics companies bullish on IoT

An inaugural study by HERE Technologies, ‘APAC On The Move 2023’, reveals that Indian logistics companies are planning to invest in drones (33 per cent), Cloud computing (31 per cent), IoT and blockchain (30 per cent).

The study also found that most logistics companies in India are already using a form of IoT technology, but the adoption of IoT can be improved. IoT applications are popularly used among logistics companies for warehouse management (26 per cent), inventory management (21 per cent), and order management (19 per cent).

The study concludes that Indian logistics companies are aware of the benefits of IoT and are planning to invest in it in the future.
