Sprint LTE service now in 225 US cities

This is one of those glorious moments in the sun for teleco Sprint.

Sprint today announced that its LTE Advanced network was now across the US, delivering up to 2X faster speeds than before. And in over 225 cities the company was now delivering gigabit-class LTE performance. They include cities like Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington D.C.,

Dr John Saw, Chief Technology Officer of Sprint said in a blog post that these Sprint LTE Advanced capabilities enabled customers nationwide using the latest flagship devices to download movies, music and games, share photos and more, all up to twice as fast as before.

Sprint has been steadily investing billions in our Next-Gen Network, building a strong LTE Advanced network while it also worked towards launching mobile 5G in the first half of next year.
