The RFID Journal today announced it was launching the Internet of Things (IoT) Conference, to be co-located with the RFID Journal LIVE! 2015 conference and exhibition, to take place in San Diego, California. The conference will focus on helping companies use IoT technologies to add value to their products, engage consumers in new and exciting ways, gather data about environmental conditions, create enhanced service-level agreements, and develop new business models.
To be held on Apr. 16 and 17, the event will feature leading end users of IoT technologies, as well as several providers of IoT solutions. The event will also include an IoT pavilion in the LIVE! exhibit hall.
Topics that will be discussed include the current state of the IoT, making the smart home a reality and creating business value by enabling the IoT.
