Microsoft has cancelled its ‘IoT in Action’ event set which was scheduled to be held in Melbourne on March 5 because of customer and partner attendance woes.
According to a report by ARN, Microsoft had notified the community in an email that it had decided to cancel the event after consultation with partners and community.
The IT major said it had been forced to take the step because many customer[s] and partners were no longer able to attend (in an oblique reference to the COVID-19 virus).
