Italtel gets ‘Cisco Partner of the Year’ award for its work in IoT solutions

Milan, Jan. 27, 2015: Italtel, leading innovative TLC products manufacturer and Cisco, worldwide leader in IT technologies, are working together on emerging Internet of Things (IoT) paradigm, creating valuable use cases for their customers. The announcement was made at Cisco Live!, an event dedicated to Cisco customers and partners currently on in Milan.

By delivering solutions tailored on customers’ requirements, Italtel appropriately increases the value of Cisco’s proposition by means of a complete set of high-quality, specialised professional services. The traditional Plan-Design-Implement service lifecycle is specifically enriched by Advisory services that build a bridge between customers’ needs and vendors’ portfolio, by leading the customers to the best technological choices, while driving the selected vendors to enrich their products with the specific features required for this context.

Since 2014 Italtel has been extending its IoT solution catalogue also to the Manufacturing market. The comany has also defined a common strategy with selected partners like Rockwell, a leading company in the Industrial Automation sector.

Because of the substantial commitment that Italtel is spending on the IoT sector, Italtel was awarded the “Cisco Partner of the Year Award for EMEAR for Internet of Things Solutions 2014”, a release here announced.
