Finland’s CyberLighting Ltd joins Industrial Internet Consortium

Espoo, Finland, Jan 28, 2015: End-to-end Internet of Everything (IoE) application platform CyberLightning Ltd. has said it had joined the Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC), the collaborative organisation that was facilitating development of a global ecosystem for the emerging Internet of Everything (IoE).

CyberLightning is the developer of the CyberVille software platform, a tool to control complex sensor and machine networks in the context of the real world where they are deployed. CyberVille provides a multilayered 3D view of industrial Internet systems that combines models and geospatial data with inputs from multiple sensor and control networks. System status can be viewed and managed from both mobile devices and control rooms with intuitive point-and-click controls.

The IIC is an open membership organisation, with more than 130 members, formed to accelerate the development, adoption and widespread use of interconnected machines and devices, intelligent analytics, and people at work. Founded by AT&T, Cisco, General Electric, IBM and Intel in March 2014, the IIC catalyzes and coordinates the priorities and enabling technologies of the Industrial Internet.
