Asia Times reports that while almost every US company is moving out of China, Amazon, on the other hand, has decided to go against the trend.
The e-commerce company has decided to set up an Internet of Things (IoT) research and development center in Shenzhen.
The new IoT Lab, under the umbrella of Amazon Web Services, will help customers accelerate the design and deployment of IoT solutions. Both hardware products and software solutions will be developed and trialed at the facility.
