AI-powered logistics: Nexxiot introduces Scope AI for enhancing operational efficiency

Nexxiot, a digital supply chain innovator, has launched a new product called Scope AI, designed to provide contextualized decision-making through a conversational interface.

The AI-enabled product extracts and presents key insights from the billions of data points generated by Nexxiot’s Edge and Globehopper devices. It works with data derived from third-party gateways, sensors, or APIs. Scope AI enables clients to gain immediate insights into the status of their transport assets based on real-time data from the fleet. It combines shipment intelligence with asset intelligence in a way that has never been experienced before.

Nexxiot’s Chief Data Officer, Ákos Maróy, said that the company is committed to creating an open ecosystem and delivering more value to its clients. The company has added a simple, intuitive verbal interface to display the data generated by its sensors and gateways to offer asset intelligence. The company’s mission is to increase certainty and make clients’ operations easier, safer, and cleaner. Scope AI queries could include showing containers containing electronics exposed to high levels of security risk, identifying containers whose doors were opened in Antwerp overnight, and highlighting assets where demurrage costs could have been avoided in the last ten days.

Transport Logistics 2023 in Munich offers the opportunity to experience the capabilities of Scope AI in person. The Nexxiot booth is located at hall A3, 125. Nexxiot’s Scope AI is the latest addition to the company’s offerings to help clients monitor their transport assets and make better decisions. The product’s conversational interface provides clients with the ability to make contextualized decisions based on real-time data from Nexxiot’s fleet, making their operations more efficient and cost-effective.
