T-Mobile has launched its Internet of Things (IoT) developer’s kit. It’s called DevEdge IoT Developer Kit.
Its features include the following:
Easy to use: When you turn it on, you’re automatically connected to the T-Mobile network through a SIM card preloaded with 500MB of data.
Simple debugging: Comes with an integrated debugging interface into the hardware—there will be no need to purchase additional debugging hardware.
Open software and hardware: You can freely use T-Mobile software and hardware designs to develop your own product, no licensing or copyright permissions required.
Flexible design capabilities: Kit provides superior hardware and software flexibility by using a separate processor from the modems as well as an adaptable SDK and software architecture.
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled: To support more use cases, there’s Bluetooth and Wi-Fi for communication.
